I started recruiting in the early 1990s — sourcing candidates from phone books and Sunday newspapers before the internet changed everything. Over the next 25+ years, I led talent acquisition across virtually every operating environment: from a Fortune 500 S&P 500 real estate investment trust where I built the TA function from scratch, to a national resort and hospitality operator where I managed 18,000+ seasonal hires annually, to a specialty clinical hospital network operating across more than 25 locations where credential scarcity defined every search.

Along the way I built recruiting infrastructure, implemented technology stacks, turned around broken TA functions, and scaled teams under pressure.
